We love to cruise. It is really good bang for the buck as far as we are concerned. We really enjoyed the ports of call, the meals, and the entertainment during our 2010 Western Caribbean Cruise. This cruise featured the ports of Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Roatan (Honduras), and Belize. All of our excursion were fun, but I think we collectively enjoyed our zip line tour in rain forest of Roatan best. We snorkeled/beached it on Grand Cayman and Cozumel. We didn't do any of our excursions though the cruise ship, Carnival Legend. We have had good luck making our own arrangements.
I would definitely recommend the South Shore Zip Line in Roatan if you have this same itinerary. The only thing we had trouble with in Roatan were the sand flees at the beach. You need to be prepared for those!
